Established in 1980, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a mission-driven, multi-site nonprofit organization serving the Merrimack Valley. With more than 700 employees, GLFHC is nationally recognized for delivering high-quality community-based care and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.

GLFHC is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) to join our Operations team. This position plays an important role in helping patients access healthcare by assisting individuals and families with health insurance enrollment, eligibility, and coverage-related needs.

The PAC works directly with patients, community partners, and state enrollment resources to help remove barriers to care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, navigating complex processes, and making a direct impact in the community.
