Senior Travel Designer

We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Travel Designer to join us and contribute to the success of our sales team.

• →Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
• →Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
• →Provide excellent customer service to clients
• →Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
• →Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in our system
• →Process bookings and reservations accurately
• →Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
• →Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

• At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
