Issue Resolution: Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve customer disputes or discrepancies related to invoices, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to support smooth collections and encourage ongoing compliance with payment terms. Customer Education: Communicate payment methods, terms, and policies to customers, ensuring they understand and adhere to the company’s guidelines. Reporting: Deliver regular, comprehensive updates on collection performance, payment trends, and challenges, providing actionable insights to the management team. Requirements Skills & Abilities: Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in debt collection, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs), with a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
