• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in forklift operation preferred.
• Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation.  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions, including high-noise environments.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.  
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.  
• Capacity to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
