Housekeeper

Our client operates a boutique 9-bedroom guest house in Rabat, offering guests a comfortable and welcoming accommodation experience.

They are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to help maintain the property to a consistently high standard and ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and communal areas throughout the 9-bedroom property.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.

• →Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
• →Make and change beds and ensure rooms are properly prepared for incoming guests.
• →Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, furniture, and other areas throughout the property.
• →Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organising linen and towels.
• →Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies.
• →Maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas.
• →Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or items requiring attention.
• →Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards at all times.
• →Ensure the property is consistently presented in a clean, tidy, and welcoming condition.
• →Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.

• Currently residing in Malta.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a hospitality environment.
• Professional and respectful approach towards guests and colleagues.
