This is a hunter role. You're not waiting for leads to come to you. You're out in the community, in employer lobbies, at Chambers of Commerce, in apartment leasing offices and elementary schools, supporting the pipeline that fills our centers. About the Role
As the Enrollment Coordinator, your mission is to open the right doors with the right families. You'll create first conversations with parents, employers, and community partners, guide interested families through tours, and partner with center staff to turn those tours into enrollments. You'll use a mix of in-person outreach, phone calls, email, text, and social outreach — plus referral development through employers, apartment communities, schools, and community groups.
This is not an inbound-only role — you will hunt, not wait.
About You
- You don’t wait for leads. Cold outreach doesn't scare you; silence does.
- You're organized enough to live in a CRM and actually use it.
- You're a strong communicator across every channel and you can flex your tone appropriately.
- You’re comfortable stepping in for a sale when it matters.
- You're live by targets and metrics — you want to know your numbers and move them.
- You aren’t tied down by a typical work schedule and enjoy flexibility.
- You are confident, competitive, and approachable with a curiosity that motivates you.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through community networking and boots-on-the-ground outreach
- Capture and report lead activity in the CRM through enrollment
- Convert leads into scheduled tours, and scheduled tours into completed tours — including rescuing the no-shows
- Partner with center staff to convert tours into enrolled families
- Build and maintain our communication playbook — templates, scripts, campaigns
- Pull weekly performance data and compile reports
- Participate in regular skill development and coaching

You'll report to our Marketing Director and work a hybrid schedule — time in our centers and community, time at your desk.
