As we scale our partnerships with hospitals, aged care facilities, and disability service providers across Australia and beyond, we need a 

Corporate Sales Executive / Account Manager who will be the driving force behind our global B2B revenue growth – the person who opens doors to new enterprise accounts, deepens relationships with existing clients, and strategically expands our footprint across entire hospital and care networks.

This is not a passive, order-taking role. This is a high-impact, hunter-and-farmer position where you will prospect for new business, close enterprise deals, and then nurture those accounts into long-term strategic partnerships. You’ll be selling our Nurse International Trained Staff (ITS) programs to decision-makers who need world-class healthcare talent – and you’ll have the autonomy, tools, and AI-powered CRM to do it your way.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (Hunter)

  • Identify, research, and prospect new enterprise accounts – hospitals, aged care groups, and disability service providers – primarily in Australia, with scope for global expansion
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using multi-channel strategies: email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and strategic networking
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, tracking all activity, deals, and forecasts with discipline
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to each prospect’s workforce challenges
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars (virtual and in-person where applicable) to build brand presence and generate leads
  • Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles to target high-value accounts with personalised, multi-touch campaigns

Account Management & Growth (Farmer)

  • Manage and grow existing large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand our Nurse ITS programs across clients’ broader hospital and care networks
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights on program performance, talent pipeline, and expansion opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, driving net revenue retention and growth
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and turn satisfied clients into vocal advocates and referral sources

Sales Operations & Technology

  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot – every interaction, deal stage, and forecast accurately recorded
  • Leverage HubSpot’s AI and automation features to streamline prospecting, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Use data and analytics to refine targeting, improve conversion rates, and inform strategic decisions
  • Create and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Provide regular pipeline reports and revenue forecasts to leadership

Who You Are

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience selling services to global accounts/companies, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, and account management – you know how to hunt and how to farm
  • Background selling to hospitals, healthcare providers, aged care, disability services, or staffing/recruitment industries is a strong advantage
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, strategic selling, and engaging C-suite or senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and sales automation tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can craft a compelling cold email, deliver a polished pitch, and hold your own in a boardroom
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen – you understand how to build a business case that resonates with healthcare executives
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined – you don’t need to be micromanaged; you set your own targets and hold yourself accountable
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine enthusiasm for using AI, automation, and digital tools to sell smarter
  • Data-driven approach to sales – you track your numbers, analyse your funnel, and continuously optimise
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills – clients trust you, colleagues enjoy working with you, and partners want to refer to you
