Territory Sales Executive

HRSI is looking for Territory Sales Executive for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve territory sales and distribution targets in line with regional objectives.
Expand outlet coverage and maintain an accurate, updated outlet database in the assigned
territory.
Execute daily journeys as per the approved permanent journey plan (PJP), achieving productivity
targets.
Ensure in-market execution of trade programs, planograms, visibility standards, and promotional
plans.
Drive numeric and weighted distribution across the territory.
Identify and induct new outlets and ensure merchandising compliance in existing outlets.
Execute order taking and replenishment as per the daily journey plan and beat plan.
Manage territory stock and inventory levels, flagging any distributor stock outs for immediate
resolution.
Identify gaps and opportunities in assigned outlets, and regularly provide market feedback to the
ASM.
Comply with applicable reporting, HSE, and quality management requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
4-6 years of FMCG sales experience in a Territory Sales Executive or equivalent role.
Proven track record in territory management, outlet coverage, and field execution.
Strong understanding of distributor management, modern trade, and numeric distribution.
Proficient in sales reporting systems and applications.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driving license and ability to operate two-wheelers for market coverage.
Familiarity with Karachi's urban and peri-urban markets
