Quality Lab Technician is to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, reliable testing and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Perform daily testing of materials and products to standard, such as melt flow, SST, Paint Adhesion, Flexural Strength, Flammability, Pull and Peel Strength.
• Verification of check fixtures and metrology measuring equipment as required verification schedule and procedure.
• Maintain metrology measurement equipment list, status, and verification schedule.
• Assist team with capability and gauge R&R studies.
• Assist in the development of programs for dimensional verification of production parts, gauges, or components.
• Support dimensional layouts on all production parts as required by customer specific requirements.
