- Provide support to market with the preparation of 3+1 Plan (Taiwan & Korea)
- Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial model, provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the markets (Taiwan)
- Performs analytics and variance analysis helping markets to drive market performance
- Submission of Plan, CMF into BISON/SAC and assist in annual cost flip process
- Drive Planning & Forecasting process improvement for markets and scale to the KL Hub
- Data Analysis Skills: Learn how to work with large datasets, clean data, and use analytics tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Forecasting Techniques: Gain exposure to forecasting methodologies and tools used to predict demand, supply, and financial outcomes in a global business.
- Business Understanding: Develop a deeper understanding of GSK’s operations, including supply chain management, financial planning, and market dynamics.
- Technology Proficiency: Build your skills in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAC, SAP, and other software used in forecasting and planning.
- Collaboration Skills: Work with diverse teams across departments, improving teamwork and communication in a professional environment.
- Professional Development: Enhance your adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
