Client Service Intern

Our Seoul office is seeking an Intern to join our Client Service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment to work on projects within multiple industry sectors.

If you are a goal-oriented and organized individual able to multi-task in a highly active environment, and enjoys learning new things, this opportunity might be the one for you! There is potential for conversion to full-time employment on completion of the internship.

• →Connect with global advisors who are experts in their field to assist Project Managers with their strategy & research projects for top clients both in Korea and across the Globe.
• →Work on task and projects assigned by the Project Managers
• →Coordinate with vetted experts to organize various forms of consultations with the clients
• →Assist in recruiting top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network by screening their suitability for specific projects
• →Perform ad-hoc industry research to identify topical trends or alternative outreach platforms, when necessary
• →Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master's degree or recently graduated with a strong academic record
• Effective time management skills with capability to multi-task under a tight deadline
• Ability to undertake a full-time internship and work at least 3 days a week (must be able to commit to a weekly fixed schedule)
• High level fluency in both Korean and English, Mandarin or Japanese is a plus!
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
• Proactive, positive, creative and resourceful self-starter
• Strong sense of responsibility and high level of integrity
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys achieving goals
