- Experience in general insurance claims, ideally property, with a solid understanding of claims processes
- A strong customer-first approach, with the ability to show empathy and support vulnerable customers through challenging situations
- Curious and detail-oriented, asking the right questions and avoiding a purely transactional approach
- Confident communicator who can engage with customers and stakeholders and handle complaints professionally
- Organised, adaptable, and a team player with a genuine desire to learn and grow
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a portfolio of property claims end-to-end
- →Act as the key contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle
- →Assess claims, make decisions, and drive fair outcomes
- →Collaborate with repairers and service providers to progress claims
- →Monitor reserves and support effective claim strategies
- →Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives
