We are looking to add a strong CSR to our growing team. This role is key to supporting our technicians and delivering excellent service to our customers. Schedule details will be discussed during the interview

  • Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, helpful solutions

  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently

  • Spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely help the customer
