Senior Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

The role will be responsible for delivering new applications and enhancements, developing complex CRM customizations, integrating business systems, and providing ongoing technical support for existing solutions. The senior developer will take ownership of technical delivery, ensure solutions follow development standards, and guide junior developers when required.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 expertise with the ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

Position location in Gurgaon/Remote, India. This position is reporting to Digital and Data Solutions Manager

• →Design, develop, and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. 

• →Design and develop internal or external portals using Power Pages. 

• →Build complex workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations using Power Automate. 

• →Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, including Dataverse tables and relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, security roles, access models, custom commands, and user-interface components. 

• →Develop advanced CRM customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET plugins, custom APIs, and web resources. 

• →Implement integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, ERP, and third-party applications using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware. 

• →Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, development tasks, and working solutions. 

• →Deliver new applications, features, enhancements, and integrations from development through production deployment. 

• →Maintain existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications and resolve complex technical incidents. 

• →Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring application issues. 

• →Review code, configurations, designs, and technical documentation. 

• →Ensure solutions follow security, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards. 

• →Manage Power Platform solutions, environment variables, connection references, and deployment packages. 

• →Support ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools. 

• →Coordinate application testing, defect resolution, release preparation, and post-deployment support. 

• →Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code-review support to junior developers. 

• →Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, integration teams, and external partners. 

• →Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, or modernize existing applications and business processes. 

• →Keep up to date with new Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Copilot capabilities. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CRM. 

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization. 

• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, C#, .NET plugins, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL. 

• Experience developing integrations between CRM, ERP, Power Platform, and external systems. 

• Good understanding of Dataverse data modelling, security roles, access control, and performance. 

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Service Bus is desirable. 

• Experience with application lifecycle management, solution management, source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. 

• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues. 

• Experience working on both application maintenance and new development projects. 

• Ability to review technical work and guide less-experienced developers. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 

• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. 

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer, Functional Consultant, or Dynamics 365 certifications are desirable.
