Coordinating the work of a team of Photo Editors and overseeing the flow of all project submissions.

Verifying the completeness of briefs before submitting tasks for execution.

Managing the task queue and ensuring smooth production processes.

Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the workflow.

Planning and optimally allocating work according to team availability and competencies.

Responsible for project schedules and timely delivery of materials.

Coordinating feedback stages and production dependencies.

Final quality control for compliance with the project scope, technical guidelines, formats, naming conventions, and resolution requirements.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership position in e-commerce
Experience managing a team working on multiple project streams (Photo / Video / Social Media)
Ability to independently manage a team and effectively delegate tasks
Experience working with a large number of projects and tight deadlines
A strong sense of aesthetics and a creative approach to projects
Ability to meet deadlines and prevent delays
Very good English (required)
Highly developed communication skills and ease of collaboration
Openness to feedback and continuous process improvement
Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamically changing environment
Real influence on the organization and optimization of content production processes in a dynamically developing e-commerce environment
