Photo Content Team Lead

We are looking for someone to take on the role of Photo Content Team Lead and be responsible for the efficient management of the photo post-production process in a large-scale e-commerce environment.

  Coordinating the work of a team of Photo Editors and overseeing the flow of all project submissions.

• →

  Verifying the completeness of briefs before submitting tasks for execution.

• →

  Managing the task queue and ensuring smooth production processes.

• →

  Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the workflow.

• →

  Planning and optimally allocating work according to team availability and competencies.

• →

  Responsible for project schedules and timely delivery of materials.

• →

  Coordinating feedback stages and production dependencies.

• →

  Final quality control for compliance with the project scope, technical guidelines, formats, naming conventions, and resolution requirements.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership position in e-commerce

• Experience managing a team working on multiple project streams (Photo / Video / Social Media)

• Ability to independently manage a team and effectively delegate tasks

• Experience working with a large number of projects and tight deadlines

• A strong sense of aesthetics and a creative approach to projects

• Ability to meet deadlines and prevent delays

• Very good English (required)

• Highly developed communication skills and ease of collaboration

• Openness to feedback and continuous process improvement

• Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamically changing environment

• Real influence on the organization and optimization of content production processes in a dynamically developing e-commerce environment
