THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking certified health and wellness coaches with a strong foundation in behavior change and an interest in data-informed coaching to support precision wellness. 

Your goal is to work with participants to help them understand their biomarker results, connect lifestyle recommendations to their physiological impact, and guide participants toward measurable health improvements 

Through a combination of video sessions and async chat support, you'll deliver a personalized coaching experience that fits around your existing schedule. Additionally, you’ll develop a strong understanding of our ecosystem to deliver an even more personalized and effective wellness experience.

Coaches using Wellhub are independent contractors who work on their own schedule with flexible hours. All Coaches must meet certain requirements to work with Wellhub depending on where you will provide services. Nothing in this listing shall in any way be construed to constitute any Coach as an agent, employee or representative of Wellhub.

• Translate biomarker findings into plain language, helping participants understand what their results mean and why specific lifestyle changes matter.
• Collaborate with participants to build personalized plans and support adherence tracking.
• Support participants primarily through asynchronous chat check-ins and video sessions.
• Empower clients to take an active role in their health journey.
• Provide feedback to support the growth and development of our health coaching program.
• Participate in a Health Coaching Forum through our internal learning and communication platform

• Bachelors Degree
• Valid Health and/or Wellness Coach Certification with a preference for certifications recognized by the following institutions: 
• National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBH-WC)
• The Health Coach Alliance (HCA)
• National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC)
• A safe secure location with reliable internet connection
• 1-3 years experience as a Health and/or Wellness Coach 
• Have experience delivering virtual and/or in-person coaching services
• Availability for video calls with participants and structured asynchronous chat check-ins
• Commit and successfully complete Onboarding Training and Ongoing Learning
• Passion for supporting diverse populations in precision wellness
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer and software application skills

• Experience creating health improvement plans informed by biometric screenings.
• Training or experience in behavior change strategies.
• Experience working within corporate wellness.
• Familiarity with using client management software or digital coaching platforms.
• Knowledge of integrative or functional medicine principles.
