We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to help build our Occupational Health bet inside New Ventures based in Brazil.  This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

Occupational health is one of the largest, most regulated, and most stubbornly analog corners of corporate wellbeing. In Brazil alone, it is a multi-billion real market: every company is legally required to run occupational exams, manage regulatory compliance (NR-01 and the new psychosocial-risk mandate, eSocial reporting), and look after the health of its workforce. Yet the industry still runs on paper, manual scheduling, fragmented clinics, and reports nobody reads. We intend to rebuild it, at AI speed.

You will partner directly with the Founder/GM of the Occupational Health bet as the product lead of a small, single-threaded squad. This is a 0-to-1 build: the thesis is set, the market is chosen, but the product, the workflow, and the operating model are still being invented. You report to the VP Product, New Ventures, and you'll work daily with the Founder/GM, design and engineering craft leads, and a fleet of AI agents to take this bet from earliest hypothesis through validation, MVP, first paying customers, and scale.

  • Own product for the Occupational Health bet: translate the Founder/GM's commercial thesis and market insight into product requirements, sequencing, and a roadmap that gets us to paying customers fast, and keep reshaping it as we learn.
  • Redefine the workflow, don't digitize the paperwork: question every legacy step, the manual exam booking, the paper ASO, the compliance theater, and rebuild it around the member, the company, and AI. A faster PDF is not the answer.
  • Make AI the core mechanic, not a feature: work with engineering to embed AI into scheduling, triage, compliance reporting, and the back office, so a lean squad can do what an incumbent's much larger operation does today.
  • Build for regulated ground truth: work hand in hand with legal, compliance, and SST domain experts to make sure the product is correct on NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial-risk requirements before it is fast or delightful. In this market, compliance failures are not a bug, they are existential.
  • Drive planning and measurement: set OKRs, goals, and success metrics for the bet jointly with the Founder/GM, and report progress in a way that is honest about what's working and what isn't.
  • Work close to the customer: get in front of HR and SST buyers, clinics, and brokers yourself, alongside the commercial team, so product decisions are grounded in what you've heard directly, not what's been relayed to you.
  • Lead design and engineering execution: run backlog, rituals, and delivery with your design and engineering craft leads, keeping a small team focused and shipping weekly, not planning for a quarter.
  • Bring judgment in ambiguity: make calls with incomplete information, defend the ones that matter, and change your mind fast when the evidence says to.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including time spent building a product from zero to one.
  • Experience in, or close proximity to, a highly regulated or compliance-heavy market (health, insurance, benefits, HR tech, occupational safety, or similar), and comfort making product calls where "move fast" has real limits.
  • Genuinely AI-native: you reach for AI as the default way to do more with less, direct agents to compress manual work, and are comfortable being a beginner on things AI changes every month.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills: able to use data and metrics to generate insight, prioritize ruthlessly, and know what to measure when the business itself is still being defined.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with a bias to ship and sell as the way to learn, balanced with the judgment to know which corners cannot be cut.
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook: this bet doesn't have an established product organization or years of process behind it; you'll help build both as you go.
  • Advanced English required; you'll work daily with stakeholders across BR, US, and EU.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team.
