· Assisting the lead operator in a variety of duties, such as startup/shutdown of equipment, troubleshoot issues, etc..
· Assist maintenance personnel with general maintenance of plant equipment.
· Bagging, labeling products and transferring them to a staging area driving/using a forklift.
· Responsible for cleaning and organizing plants.
· Collecting quality control samples.
· Completing Operator Care assessments of equipment.
· Proposes measures to improve methods, performance and quality of product.
· Completes LOTO of equipment for maintenance or operational issues.
· Routinely work in confined spaces (Drums/Mixers) with pneumatic tools for entire shifts.
· Minimum High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
· One to two years of production experience preferred.
· Must have basic knowledge in manufacturing environment.
· Must be self-motivated and can work independently.
· Must be able to read and interpret production schedule.
· Must have basic computer skills to navigate through multiple screens and input data.

· Mobility inside the plant – Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
· Must be able to move and work in tight confined spaces for extended periods of time.

. Work is routinely performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface, with frequent exposure to both internal and external environment.
. Frequent exposure to severe weather conditions, both heat and cold.
. Frequent exposure to dust, and noise levels that exceed a normal threshold.
. Must wear steel-toed boots.
. Recommended: Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, back brace, and safety attire as noted by guides provided in specific areas. These items will be provided by Harrell’s upon request.
. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in accordance with SDS recommendations.
