Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Destin is looking for Florida-licensed massage therapists who want to build lasting client relationships in a locally owned spa. Whether you are newly licensed or bring years of experience, we would like to speak with you.

WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY WORTH A CONVERSATION
• Our team is currently earning in the range of $35–$50 per hour. 
• Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus based on shifts selected; based on terms and eligibility.
• A part-time or full-time (5 shifts) schedule built from available opening and closing shifts, with options across the week. Tell us what availability works for you.
• An established membership-based clientele and marketing support to help you build repeat visits.
• Treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, linens, and uniforms provided.
• Direct access to local ownership and management.
• Free continuing education, including 12 CEs through new-hire training, plus opportunities to learn service enhancements.

YOUR WORK
Deliver customized massage sessions based on each client’s needs, preferences, and appropriate treatment considerations. Build relationships through consistent care and repeat visits. Maintain professional communication, treatment documentation, and clean, guest-ready treatment spaces. Practice within your training and license and maintain professional massage liability insurance before providing services.

Submit your resume, confirm your active Florida Massage Therapist license and license number, and check your commute to our Destin spa. Applicants who meet the license and commute screening criteria will receive an invitation to choose a convenient time for a 15-minute phone interview.
