Senior Producer - Game Innovation

Our Games Studio is building the next generation of in-house casino content, and we are changing how that content gets made. We are building an AI-assisted development pipeline to design, build, and ship games faster, and using it to go after formats the floor is not saturated with: Crash, Plinko, Mines, arcade-style games, skill-adjacent experiences, and formats that have not been invented yet. Two things at once: a new method for making all our games, and new kinds of games to make with it.

We are looking for a Senior Producer, Game Innovation to own two things for Hard Rock Bet Casino: the AI-assisted pipeline we use to build games, and the roadmap of new game types we build with it. Reporting to the VP of Casino, you will help build and lead this effort on our team.

You will operate like a founder inside HRD: standing up the pipeline that builds our games, spotting emerging game mechanics, prototyping fast (napkin to clickable to playable in weeks, not quarters), partnering with internal studio talent, engineering, and outside collaborators, and bringing games to market that give players something they cannot get anywhere else. You will be measured on shipped product, player engagement, and whether we are creating new categories and a repeatable way to build them.
