Our Fraud Supervisor will manage a team of Analysts who are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating suspicious activities to prevent fraud.  This role involves utilizing advanced tools and techniques to detect fraudulent activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Fraud Supervisor is also responsible for training team members and collaborating with other departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of fraud analysts, providing guidance, support, and training.

  • Oversee daily monitoring and analysis of transactions and player activities for potential fraud indicators.

  • Participate in recruiting, training, and performance evaluations of team members.

  • Assist in creation and development of rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and processes.

  • Coordinate and conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities, including chargebacks, bonus abuse, and account takeovers.

  • Maintain detailed records of investigations, including findings, actions taken, and outcomes.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on fraud trends, team performance, and key metrics to senior management.

  • Foster a culture of continued improvement within the team.

Successful candidates will have experience managing a team of Fraud Analysts in a fast-paced

environment. Knowledge of gambling and sports betting, and how customers engage with those products, is an advantage.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fraud management, preferably within the iGaming or online payments industry.

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with SQL and data analytics tools.
