Responsibilities

  • →Document management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying. This requires the use of the Newforma Project Center (training provided).
  • →Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel.
  • →Responding to client requests of all types.
  • →Generating activity reports as required by the project managers.
  • →Assisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.


  • Knowledge and application of company standards.
  • Knowledge of engineering document control standards.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction plans and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of large-scale scanner and plotter operation.
  • Ability to organize effectively.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Web Collaboration Tools and Adobe Acrobat. Newforma software experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to comply with client procedures.
