Responsibilities

Manage Capital Projects: Oversee all phases of capital projects and studies, ensuring they meet schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.

Resource Coordination: Secure and manage resources for project implementation, from concept to start-up, direct the development of necessary engineering documents, and ensure involvement of appropriate personnel from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance (EPCOM).

Project Monitoring and Reporting: Collaborate with Project Controls to track progress, report deviations, and communicate future work projections.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various organizations to develop and implement project execution strategies and ensure compliance with contractor agreements.

Strategic Planning and Evaluation: Develop annual capital plans, manage expenditures, and evaluate project performance, promoting best-value practices and continuous improvement.

Risk Management: Regularly evaluates & mitigates issues that create project risk to meeting project objectives. Proactively anticipates those issues and develops mitigation plans.
Nice to Have
~1 min read5 years’ experience in various aspects of the Engineering, procurement and Construction (EPC) process or appropriate comparable experience.
Solid understanding of the (FEL) front-end-loading capital process, from project definition through plant start-up.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and to implementing safe capital facilities.
Must be able to travel as needed based on project needs.
