Content Marketing Intern

We’ve designed best-in-class smart sleep devices, paired with science-backed sleep content, to help people unwind nightly, sleep deeply, and wake gently. More than 5 million sleepers of all ages have made space for rest with Hatch, with our baby products in 1 in 3 nurseries and our adult product, Restore, taking over nightstands (and TikTok) worldwide.

Our Content team is excited to welcome a Content Marketing Intern to grow Hatch’s content presence across social, podcast, and digital platforms. This person will be critical in expanding our audience and increasing the reach and impact of Hatch content. The ideal candidate is creative, scrappy, and detail-oriented, with a good instinct for what works and someone who’s always down to try things, experiment, and see what sticks. This role will report to Hatch’s Director of Content Strategy. This person must be based near Redwood City, CA and be able to join us at the Hatch Lab 3 days a week in person. 

• →Support marketing campaign launches for key content, including researching podcasts, newsletters, and other channels for promotion opportunities
• →Create and publish YouTube Shorts, including basic editing and optimization 
• →Help create and post content for @hatchpodcast Tiktok
• →Write and optimize titles, descriptions, and tags across social platforms
• →Manage content calendars and keep posting on track
• →Assist with paid ad testing and performance tracking
• →Write creative briefs for blog content
• →Explore Reddit for content marketing opportunities and audience insights
• →Research trends and competitors across content and social
• →Support ad hoc projects and team needs
