Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and account-based marketing outreach tailored to individual client needs.

Nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.

Attend industry networking events to represent the company and identify potential business opportunities.

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral partners, enhancing business growth.

Utilize HubSpot for CRM activities and maintain documentation and project management through Confluence.

Stay informed of industry trends in custom software development, data consolidation/analytics, and system integrations to communicate our service offerings effectively.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the technology industry, specifically in areas related to custom software development, data analytics, and integrations.

Proven proficiency with HubSpot and Confluence.

Strong understanding of the technology services industry with a particular focus on mid-market clients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all business levels.

Knowledge of UX research is a plus.
