Manage incoming charter enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the client base
Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company strategy
Coordinate charter flights with operations, crews, and partners
Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
Monitor flights and provide updates to clients when required
Support seamless execution from booking to completion
Monitor market trends, pricing levels, and competitor activity
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
Optimise aircraft positioning and availability in coordination with operations
Act as the main point of contact for clients and brokers
Provide clear, fast, and accurate communication at all stages
Maintain a high service standard aligned with Haute Aviation
Handle urgent charter requests outside standard office hours
Coordinate closely with crews and operations during off-hours
Maintain structured decision-making under time pressure
Support clients during delays, changes, or operational disruptions
Coordinate alternative solutions when required
Keep clients informed with clear and structured updates
Maintain accurate records of quotations, bookings, and client data
Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Support reporting and internal tracking of sales activity
Must have the right to work in Switzerland
Proven experience in charter sales, brokerage, or business aviation
Strong network within brokers, clients, or operators is an advantage
Commercial mindset with the ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
Good understanding of European business aviation market and pricing dynamics
Ability to coordinate with operations and understand flight planning basics
Confident using CRM, sales tools, and operational systems
Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests under time pressure
Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duty
Based in our new office in Opfikon (Zürich), Switzerland
