Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Assisting with light housekeeping and household organization
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition needs
Providing medication reminders
Offering companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with daily activities and mobility assistance
Working in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times

Requirements

Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
Willingness to complete paid training provided by Right at Home
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
Commitment to providing exceptional Caregiver services
