JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA) to join our team full-time in Plainfield, IN. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include assisting with hygiene needs, running errands with the client and medication reminders. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily living activities
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Provide patient care
Assist with running errands
Medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma/GED
First aid, current TB result and CPR certified REQUIRED
Basic phone skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation REQUIRED
Ability to work with limited supervision
Compassionate, respectful, ethical
