Associate Trainee

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Associate Trainee. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to core business operations. The Associate Trainee will participate in structured learning programs, support team initiatives, and develop the foundational skills necessary for long-term career growth within the organization.

• → Participate in structured onboarding and training programs across assigned departments
• → Assist team members with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• → Learn and apply company processes, tools, and best practices
• → Conduct research, data entry, and basic analysis to support business functions
• → Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as assigned
• → Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and assignments

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required
