We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will focus on pre-procedure and ongoing follow-up support.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Functions include but are not limited to:

• →Appointment confirmations
• →Patient education outreach
• →Adherence monitoring
• →No-Show reduction initiatives
• →Continuity-of-care outreach
• →Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies

• Strong empathy and customer service skills
• Ability to work and operate in client systems
• Familiarity with medical terminology
