Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change.
You'll manage a caseload of 15β36 sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time.
Your day-to-day will include:
- βπ§ Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
- βπ Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- βπ» Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- βπ€ Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
- βπ Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- βπ¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Providing family education and care coordination
- βπ Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences
