Your earning potential goes beyond your billable rate.

• →Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred
• →LGPC or LCPC candidates may also be considered
• →Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline
• →Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
• →Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care
• →Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• →Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
• →🇺🇸🇪🇸 Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• →Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
