Responsibilities

You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan.

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed.

🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments

📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans

💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)

👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

We're seeking clinicians who have:

✔️ An active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT)

✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population

✔️ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment

✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
