Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect (Pre Sales) who will have a key role in positioning Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Presales Engineer will also be critical to ensure success of Proof of Concepts. During and post implementation, the Presales Engineer will be tasked to ensure customer success (from technology architecture and solution point of view), ensure alignment with implementation team, and detect cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role is crucial to Help AG’s success in the market and strongly sales-focused to ensure increased business. Candidates should have a university degree from a related field and relevant security certifications, both from vendors and independent vendors.

Good Technical architectural understanding of the portfolio of several key technologies from Help AG focus and solution partners.

Very solid understanding of Cyber- and information security challenges and strategies.

Technical and solution knowledge on IaaS and SaaS is a plus.

Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an opportunity.

Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.

Strong communications skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy to understand way.
