• →Provide calm, reliable support during PM dialysis routine
• →Follow safety protocols related to peritoneal dialysis

• Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)
• Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Liberty a plus)
• Open to in-home dialysis care and completing provided training
• Calm, patient, and dependable—especially during care transitions
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a clinical team
• Must pass a Herewith background check

• Ideally someone already trained in peritoneal dialysis
• Experienced and dependable care partner
