Motivated first-year representatives can realistically earn $100,000–$150,000+, while our top-performing veterans have the opportunity to earn $500,000+ annually.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners while managing their roofing project from the initial inspection through completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• →Meet with homeowners and conduct free roof inspections.
• →Educate customers on their roofing options and the insurance restoration process.
• →Generate new business through neighborhood outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• →Build trust with homeowners and provide solutions that fit their needs.
• →Manage projects from the initial inspection through final completion.
• →Work closely with production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• →Communicate with customers throughout the entire process.
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience while working toward your personal sales goals.
