You’ll begin by learning the business in the field while developing the skills needed to move into leadership.

• →Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
• →Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
• →Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
• →Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
• →Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
• →Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
• →Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
• →Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
