We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the International Trade Compliance Coordinator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week- (9-5).

Job Summary:
This role ensures a company follows international export laws by managing documentation (HTS codes, origin, valuation), conducting audits, training staff, and liaising with customs to prevent penalties, managing risks and maintaining a smooth global trade operation. This role bridges sales and logistics, managing international orders, preparing critical export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates) from time to time.
This individual will manage daily tasks like classifying goods, verifying Free Trade Agreements (FTA’S), resolving customs issues, and updating compliance programs. They are to analyze, and offer recommendations to support Ocean Export, and Air Export improvements, efficiencies, and business development
