📊 Strategize & Execute

• →Understand market trends and competitor positioning

• →Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to deliver excellence

✔️ 2+ years of hotel catering or related sales experience
✔️ Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
✔️ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✔️ Knowledge of food & beverage, banquet operations, and event planning
✔️ Experience with systems like Delphi (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple events at once

• A strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Creativity in designing event experiences
• Confidence in closing deals and building pipelines
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellence

• Standing, walking, and moving throughout the hotel
