Research & CRM Operations Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research & CRM Operations Specialist to support and scale a large property database within a Salesforce-based CRM system.

This is not a routine data entry role. You'll play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability across a database of 90,000+ records. Working closely with the Database Administrator, you'll contribute to building a reliable foundation that supports business decisions, client engagement, and market expansion.

Data Research & Enrichment

• → Conduct in-depth research on properties, ownership, and contact data
• → Identify gaps in existing records and enrich data using external sources
• → Build and expand datasets to support new markets and growth initiatives

• Create and maintain structured records within a Salesforce-based CRM
• Link property data with ownership and contact information
• Execute bulk uploads and ensure consistent data formatting

• Detect and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records
• Clean and standardize legacy data for accuracy and usability
• Maintain high data quality across a large-scale database

• Generate and refine CRM reports to support business needs
• Assist in customizing dashboards, fields, and data views
• Partner with the Database Administrator on system improvements

• Respond to data-related requests from internal stakeholders
• Support deal and client activity with timely and accurate updates
• Ensure CRM data remains actionable and up-to-date

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong research and data validation skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven workflows
• Clear and effective written communication

• Background in real estate, brokerage, or property data
• Experience with database cleanup, migration, or large datasets
• Familiarity with CRM reporting, dashboards, and customization
