We are now looking for a Manager Tendering & Sales Support for Power Quality to join our team in Västerås. In this role you will lead our tendering and sales support department and be ultimately responsible for ensuring that the tenders our customers receive, meet their expectations on price, delivery time, scope and quality.

You will be leading and developing a team of 15 members and two team managers of Tender & Quotation Specialist(TQS). The TQSs in turn lead tender teams, to which resources are appointed from a line organization to efficiently deliver the industry’s most competitive tenders, thus offering clear value to our customers. Our market is global; hence we collaborate with colleagues from many countries and develop opportunities and tenders together. You will contribute to the unit’s strategic work and improving ways of working. You will be part of the management team and report to the Manager of Power Quality.

• →To successfully take on this position, you have experience in the utility and/or industrial infrastructure project business, managing large and complex projects, both contractual, financial as well as technical.
• →You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business and have 10 to 15 years of experience in a project-based business. However, experience from a similar role and your personal qualities are considered more important than an academic degree.
