About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Assistant to support our Revenue Operations (Finance) division. In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Human Resources, Finance, and Sales Operations. You will manage the administrative lifecycle of finance-focused revenue personnel, assist with commission and compensation tracking, streamline onboarding for revenue teams, and ensure data integrity across HR and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Team Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding programs tailored for incoming Finance and Revenue Operations hires, ensuring timely system access, equipment setup, and team integration.
- Compensation & Payroll Support: Partner with HR leadership and Finance to process monthly commission structures, variable pay schedules, bonus tracking, and sales-related payroll inputs.
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS for the Revenue Operations and Finance teams, ensuring strict compliance with confidential data practices.
- Headcount & Workforce Tracking: Assist in tracking open finance/rev-ops requisitions, monitoring headcount budgets against operational revenue targets, and generating routine reporting for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, compensation cycles, and benefits within the RevOps domain.
- Process Improvement: Continuously audit HR workflows within revenue-generating departments to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational efficiency fixes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant, People Operations, or Sales/Finance Operations administrative role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or payroll software is a plus.
Core Competencies:
- Strong numerical literacy and comfort handling financial data, compensation mechanics, and commission structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict discretion when handling sensitive HR and financial information.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
