Student Assistant for Consultancy unit

Do you have an analytical mindset and an interest in mobility innovation? We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to join the Holo team and help us shape the future of autonomous transport!

As part of our agile consultancy unit, you will support planning initiatives and data-driven projects across all segments. You will join a fast-moving company with plenty of opportunity to drive tasks independently, based on your skills and level of ambition.

We are looking for a student to support various consultancy and operations planning tasks. Your work will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and operational efficiency.

• →Data & Area Analysis: Assisting with traffic area analyses, site assessments, and risk assessments for autonomous vehicle projects.
• →Process Optimization: Analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks and helping us develop more efficient workflows and frameworks.
• →Reporting & Visualization: Updating reports and presentations and assisting with operations simulations.
• →Authority Support: Assisting with applications for authority approvals and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

• You have strong data analysis skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and can communicate complex findings visually.
• An interest in - or basic experience with - light programming in R or Python to help automate data tasks.
• Experience with GIS tools for spatial analysis or simulation tools like AnyLogic is a plus. If you also have an interest in - or experience with - light programming in R or Python, we would love to hear from you.

As a person, you are organized, proactive, and have an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who:

• Is motivated by innovation and wants to help develop new tools and processes.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for their own projects.
• Is interested in Design Thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Workload: Approximately 12-15 hours per week at our office in Copenhagen. Hours are flexible to accommodate your studies and exams.
• Language: Our corporate language is English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Level: We welcome applications from both Bachelor and Master students.
• Note: You will work with a variety of tasks, including ad-hoc administrative support. Please note that we are not developing autonomous driving software ourselves.
