Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and taking ownership of important administrative and accounting tasks? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team and support a busy, fast-paced Accounting Department. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to daily financial operations, helping ensure payments, deposits, reporting, and office administration are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • →Process and batch customer payments, including cash and checks.
  • →Prepare and make bank deposits.
  • →Manage and reconcile petty cash.
  • →Print and distribute permit and payroll-related checks.
  • →Review and make minor GPS adjustments for field employees and departments.
  • →Communicate prior-day unpaid balances to management teams.
  • →Maintain office supplies, toner inventory, and coordinate copier/postage machine service.
  • →Manage employee referral gift card inventory and distribution.
  • →Coordinate ordering of company forms and marketing materials.
  • →Process payments for walk-in and counter sales.
  • →Handle vending machine cash collections and deposits.
  • →Support the Accounting team with special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of office or administrative experience.
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, cash handling, or related experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
