As a Property & Casualty Producer, you will:

• →Develop and maintain a profitable book of commercial and personal insurance business
• →Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships
• →Assess client insurance needs and provide customized risk management solutions
• →Deliver professional presentations and proposals
• →Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners and clients
• →Collaborate with internal service and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
• →Meet and exceed sales and retention goals

• Property & Casualty insurance experience required
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop client-focused solutions
• Solid business acumen and a strong desire to succeed
