The Corporate Development and Strategy Associate will identify, evaluate and execute new business opportunities for growth, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and new market investments. The Associate will serve as a primary modeling and valuation resource on live transactions, own defined workstreams across concurrent processes, and work directly with Corporate Development leadership and the executive leadership team to analyze opportunities and provide recommendations that drive the growth of the company.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Identify, evaluate, and prioritize prospective investment and strategic opportunities through rigorous financial and market analysis.
- →Generate data-driven insights to inform corporate growth strategy across new and existing markets.
- →Develop, own, and enhance complex financial models to evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and organic growth initiatives.
- →Prepare high-quality materials and analyses for executive leadership, investment committees, and external stakeholders.
- →Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
- →Lead and support execution of live transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, capital raises, and strategic investments.
- →Perform advanced valuation analyses, including public comparables, precedent transactions, DCF, and LBO modeling.
- →Develop diligence frameworks, lead information requests, and participate in management discussions with acquisition targets and partners.
- →Draft and refine executive-level presentations and investment memoranda.
- →Drive strategic projects to completion, coordinating across internal teams and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- →Partner with Operations and Finance to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable initiatives to improve business outcomes.
- →Lead or significantly contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
- →Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, third-party advisors, and counterparties.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to advance ongoing strategy, business development, and integration efforts.
- →Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of team best practices and analytical standards.

Requirements
~1 min readTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required. CFA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Python, or similar tools) preferred.
