We’re looking for a Booking Consultant to create exceptional experiences for clients and tenants. If you’re proactive, client-focused, and excited to make an impact, we want to meet you!

• →You will be replying in a timely manner to all inquiries received in the profiles of our MAs.
• →You will be handling all conversations with great attention to detail and you will be providing our potential tenants with guidance.
• →You will always make sure that each client’s document is up to date when it comes to criteria and preferences. 
• →You will be assisting our landlords/clients with any before & after booking requests.
• →You will be providing critical feedback on the product use.
• →You will be assisting with the onboarding of new clients and building a great relationship with them.
• →You will be in contact with all AMs in order for the department to acquire new clients. 
• →You will be testing along with the whole team new features on our product and you will be providing feedback. 
• →You will be responsible for dividing the workload to the whole team and making sure that all inquiries are handled in time. 
• →You will be providing personalized consultation to our clients based on the region they operate in.

• Salary is 33.044,50 gross per year (based on 40 hours, including Holiday Allowance).
• Unlimited paid holidays, minimum-based not maximum!
• Position based in our Rotterdam office (hybrid during onboarding and then fully remote on weekends).
