Senior Product Engineering Manager (Chonburi-Based) Description - What a Product Engineering Manager does at HP: * The role involves the supervision and management of all Operational Engineering activities from SMT to Final Assembly pertaining to ODM factories. * Responsible for new factory or factory transition onboarding and setup. * Review Manufacturing Processes Development & Implementation in support of Operational Excellence. * Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development. * Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality. * Provides domain-specific expertise and overall engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities. * Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering design organisation. * Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
