Technical Program Manager – AI Description - ## Job Summary Drives the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives by translating strategy into delivery. Partners with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI solutions (including AI agents and automation) while ensuring alignment across stakeholders. ## Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation programs across multiple teams * Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and deliverables * Drive prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for AI initiatives * Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and progress * Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed * Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery * Communicate status, risks, and escalations clearly to stakeholders and leadership * Ensure transition from use case → POC → production-ready solutions * Establish and drive program governance, best practices, and delivery standards * Follow up on actions and ensure accountability and execution discipline * Promote adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions across teams * Mentor and guide team members on delivery practices and execution excellence ## Experience & Education (Refined) * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 7–10+ years in technical program/project management * Experience delivering software, data, or AI-related initiatives * Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs ## Core Skills (Streamlined) * Technical program / project management * Agile, Scrum, Kanban * AI / data / software delivery environments * Risk and dependency management * Stakeholder alignment and communication * Planning tools (JIRA or similar) Job - Engineering Schedule - Full time Shift - No shift premium (Mexico) Travel - Relocation - Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) \- HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).
