  • Proven experience developing and executing successful digital and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, storytelling, and creative communication.
  • Hands-on experience working on social media content, paid campaigns, video creatives, and digital advertising assets.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with creative production processes, including shoots and content development workflows.
  • Understanding of current digital trends, consumer behavior, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Experience with AI-enabled creative tools or workflows will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in creative and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Create, manage, and oversee content for social media, video, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable concepts, directions, and executions.
  • Actively contribute to campaign execution through copy development, visual feedback, and creative iterations.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to optimize creatives for improved campaign results.
  • Monitor and understand campaign KPIs to refine and adapt creative strategies effectively.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all communication channels.
  • Support content shoots, production activities, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
